GR49 – from Le Point Sublime (Gorge du Verdon) to St. Raphaël

– July 2015: Tourrettes => D19 near Tourrettes => Tourrettes (1 hour)

– July 2014: D19 near Tourrettes – Saint-Paul-en-Foret (2.30 hours) (variante).

– July 2014: Jonction GR49 / GR49 variante Saint-Paul-en-Foret => Saint-Martin-du-Serminier => Jonction GR49 / GR49 variante Saint-Paul-en-Foret (2.30 hours) To the Lac de Saint Cassien and back

– August 2012: Saint-Martin-du-Serminier – D37 near Le Soleil des Adrets (6.45 hours in stead of about 2.30 hours) Got lost near Saint-Martin-du-Serminier and after the A8 tunnel. Couldn’t find the route to Le Planestel/Les Adrets de l’Esterel. Very hot, not enough water.Beautiful views on the Lac de Saint-Cassien.

– August 2012: Le Planestel/Les Adrets de l’Esterel – D37 near Le Soleil des Adrets – Le Planestel/Les Adrets de l’Esterel (2.30 hours) After the A8 tunnel very steep climb to Le Planestel/Les Adrets de l’Esterel. Back in Le Planestel just before a thunderstorm.

– August 2011: Le Planestel/Les Adrets de l’Esterel – Le Pas d’Adam (1,30 hours) and back to Le Planestel/Les Adrets de l’Esterel (2 hours and 45 min.) Near the Maison Forestière de Malpay the GR49 crosses the GR51 (1 hour to the Mont Vinaigre). From Le Pas d’Adam beautiful views on the Mediterranean Sea.

– August 2011: Valescure – Le Pas d’Adam (1,30 hours) and from Le Pas d’Adam to Saint Raphaël (bord du mer) (2,30 hours) Beautiful views on the Mediterranean Sea.
